Star player dropped as Pakistan announces squad for World Cup

As Pakistan announced the squad for World Cup, notable omission has been pacer Mohammad Amir who played an important role in Champions trophy final in England that the team won against it’s arch rival India.   According to ESPN Amir will not play the World Cup in England as things stand. He was not part of the 15 named by the PCB on Thursday for the showpiece event.
