Pulwama gunfight: Killings will further rebellion, hatred, Mirwaiz tells New Delhi
Srinagar: Hurriyat Conference (M) chairperson Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Saturday said that the government of India’s policy to kill people will not yield anything and that it should stop “this inhumanity” as it will not achieve anything except further rebellion and hatred.
Mirwaiz tweeted after two civilian were killed by government forces in Pulwama village following a gun-battle that left three militants dead.
“Terror and Trauma on Kashmiri’s continues unabated as Killing pursued as a state policy! Today morning two young civilians Aamir Ahmad and Abid Hussain of Pulwama fired upon directly by Indian forces killed on spot,scores injured while three armed youth are martyred! Ask Govt…. Govt of India to stop this inhumanity as it will not achieve anything except further rebellion and hatred. (SIC),” Mirwaiz Tweeted.
