Pakistan has said that the initial findings based on the dossier shared by New Delhi don’t link the country with the February 14 Pulwama attack, a media report said today.
Islamabad has conducted preliminary investigations based on the Indian dossier and till now Islamabad has not come up with any evidence linking Pakistan or any individual or entity with the Pulwama attack, The Express Tribune quoted a high ranking official as having said.
The report, quoting the official, said that Islamabad is still willing to cooperate with India if it had any additional information regarding the Pulwama attack.
Report said that Pakistan Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua has shared the initial findings with India through its High Commissioner in Islamabad on Wednesday.
It said that Islamabad has acted with “a high sense of responsibility” and extended full cooperation.
Pakistan premier Imran Khan had also offered cooperation in investigation if credible evidence was provided by India. In response to this offer, a paper was handed over to Pakistan on February 27.
