Mobile Internet Services Restored In 2 Districts Remain Barred In 2 Districts Of South Kashmir

Srinagar: Mobile Internet Services was Restored in South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) Districts after 31 hours and in Pulwama it was restored after 3 days late Monday, however mobile internet Services remain barred in Kulgam and Shopian Districts.

In Kulgam and Anantnag district internet services were snapped after an encounter in which two militants were killed including a Top LeT Commander Shakoor Dar at Cheddar area of Kulgam on Sunday afternoon.

In Pulwama Mobile Internet Services were snapped after a gunfight erupted in Nowshera area of Khiram in District Islamabad (Anantnag) on Friday in which four Islamic State Militants were killed including Chief of JKIS Dawood Bakaya aka Burhan Musaib.

In South Kashmir’s Shopian Internet Services were snapped after government forces launched Cordon and Search Operation in Reshipora area on inputs that a Top Laskar Commander is Trapped, later CASO Ended but from that date mobile internet remain suspended.
