Notification Regarding submission of online RR of 9th Class for the current Academic Session 2018-19 for District Srinagar only

 

It is hereby notified for the information of all the affiliated Government /Private High and Higher Secondary Institutions of District Srinagar, that they shall submit the Registration Returns of on roll eligible students of class 9th online through the bose website www.jkbose.ac.in for the current Academic session i.e. 2018-19,as per the below mentioned

 

 

NOTE : Registration Return notice for other districts will be issued separately in due course of time

 

GUIDELINES: The on roll students of Class 9th of the current academic session who shall attain the age fourteen (14) plus on the first day of November-2020 shall be eligible for Registration.

 

The Heads of the Institutions shall submit the Hard copy of online generated Registration Return forms in the respective BOSE office in the Registration Section Bernina Campus, and Srinagar necessarily within two days after completion of online process.

 

All the required particulars of the candidates viz Name, Fathers Name, Mothers name and Date of Birth should be strictly in accordance to the entries recorded in the Admission records of each student.

 

 

The Heads of the Private Academic institutions shall have to furnish an undertaking sworn in before First Class Magistrate to the effect that the enrolment furnished for Registration of Class 9th on roll students is genuine and nothing has been concealed or put in fabricated manner, besides no other candidate belonging to any other un- affiliated institution has been shown in the said sent up (R/R) by proxy.

 

The school shall bear the consequences and shall be liable to de-affiliation in case of any such report, at any stage of time. However, in the case of Government institutions, the same type of undertaking shall be furnished by the Head of the Institutions under his/ her seal and signatures. The affidavit/undertaking is required to be furnished at the time of submission of online RR generated forms.
