Internet service snapped in central Kashmir’s Budgam

Budgam: Mobile internet service has been snapped across this central Kashmir district in view of a fierce gunfight between militants and government forces in Zagoo village here.

2G, 3G and 4G mobile internet service has been suspended by all cellular companies, including the state-run BSNL this morning after an encounter broke out between militants and government forces, reports said.

Two militants are believed to be holed up in a residential house cornered by government forces in the wee hours today.
