SRINAGAR; Jammu Kashmir Salvation Movement has appealed people of state and especially people from sopor and Baramulla to offer funeral prayers in absentia after Friday prayers on January 14 for Shaheed Molvi Muzafar Naikoo and all other martyrs of Jammu & Kashmir. In this a meeting was convened at party head quarter and chaired by Zafar Akbar.
He in his statement directed district and tehsil level party activists and leaders to visit all pellet victims and those martyred during present people’s uprising and express sympathy with effected families. He prayed for speedy recovery of pellet victims and for those who were slain by Indian forces
Meanwhile has decided to organise a Pellet Victims Day on January 23 to express sympathy with those effected by pellets and will invite dignitaries to express their view point about the use of lethal weapon against peaceful protestors
