Srinagar, Jan 07 (KNS): Tehreek-e Hurriyat (TeH) on Saturday said that despite court orders and disposal of the cases, detainees are not released, instead are rearrested and lodged in police stations. 
Referring to puppet Chief Minister’s address, spokesman said that tall claims were made about the release of innocents lodged in different jails and police stations, but it proved a hoax and instead those bailed out by court are rearrested and black law PSA is again slapped. 
In a statement issued to KNS, declaring it as an act of vengeance against innocent detainees, spokesman said that ruling class for the lust of their power are proving double dealers and with their deceit are prolonging the detention period.
Tehreek-e-Hurriyat (TeH) while strongly condemning the re-arrest of Masarat Alam Bhat, Ayaz Akbar, Mohammad Yusuf Lone, Ameer Hamza Shah, Noor Mohammad Kalwal, Shah Wali Mohammad, Haji Rustum Bhat, Mohammad Subhan Wani, Molana Sarjan Barkati, Shakir Ahmad Mir, Javed Ahmad Phaley, Mohammad Amin Parey, Sheikh Mohammad Yusuf, Ab Rashid Dar and Haji Gh Mohammad Mir, Ab. Majeed Rather (Budgam), Sheikh Bashir Ahmad, Nazir Ahmad Tantray, Abdul Hamid Parray and said that though the court quashed their cases and directed state authorities for their release, yet they were rearrested and lodged in police stations. 
Spokesman while referring the case of Ab Lateef Dar (Panjgam) said that since last five years he is serving the jail term and authorities are creating hurdles in his release. (KNS)
